Jughead’s decent into darkness continues in Jughead: The Hunger #2: a fast-paced issue with smart writing and signature cartoony art.
Although The Archies #3 lacks some depth, it is overall an enjoyable, family-friendly read with a good message about friendship.
The Mighty Crusaders #1 has some fantastic looking characters. From the toothy Dino-Rex and creepy Darkling to the grizzled Joe Higgins.
If you’re a fan of its eponymous characters, or just the Riverdale world in general, then BETTY & VERONICA: VIXENS #1 is well-worth buying.
Harley & Ivy Meet Betty & Veronica #2 struggles to hit its stride due to unnecessary plot complications and lots of mistaken identity.
Jughead: The Hunger #1 is a terrific horror story. It builds off of the one-shot that came out earlier this year, but new readers can jump right in here.
