1923505-brian_k_vaughan_imageIt’s the very first show of 2015 and it’s a good one to start things off. The first topic of the year is Brian K. Vaughan, writer of a few books such as Y: The Last Man, Saga, Ex-Machina, Runaways, Pride of Baghdad and more. Melissa is the host of the show and she’s joined by Mara and guest Missfit, Nikki Alfaro (Stephanie unfortunately had to miss the show and it pains her OH SO MUCH).

You guys may or may not know the drill by now and that drill is this: big topic in the second half of the show and the first half is all about the things we’re currently loving in our Recommendations segment.

Recommendations for this week: Carmilla the web series, Operation S.I.N. #1 from Marvel Comics, ABC’s new TV series Galavant, Angry Birds Transformers, and The Boxtrolls.

Break music: The Donna’s – Take It Off
End music: Magneta Lane – Daggers Out!
