Universal Pictures has released a teaser for their newest Bourne film (titled Jason Bourne) that tells us absolutely nothing!
Plot details are scarce but Matt Damon has said that the new movie finds the character in a “dark and unresolved place” that will function as a conclusion of the story that began way back with The Bourne Identity. The larger narrative will deal with current sociopolitical issues (like economic upheaval and cyber threats).
A different teaser was aired during the Super Bowl back in February and a full trailer is being released April 21. Until then, check out the newest Jason Bourne teaser below.
The film was directed by Paul Greengrass and stars Matt Damon, Alicia Vikander, Tommy Lee Jones, Vincent Cassel, and Julia Stiles.
Jason Bourne is set to hit theatres on July 29.
