Overall, Marvel Rising: Alpha #1 is a great comic for fans of Squirrel Girl and Ms. Marvel alike, and it’s also a place where newer readers can start.
A new arc begins with The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl #27, and, whether you are a long-time fan or a newbie like me, I highly recommend picking up this issue.
