Death in Comics/Pop Culture

This week marks the anniversary of the death of Dick Grayson’s parents. We talk about what deaths in comics, movies, and TV shows have had an impact on us. Do comic deaths have as big of an impact as those in TV and movies? We discuss it all.

Video Games In Education

Michael brings us the story of a study that shows players of Red Dead Redemption 2 are able to identify certain wildlife better than their peers who do not play the game. We discuss if video games have a place in education and if they really can have a positive impact.

Comics

Just three comics this week as we look at Aliens Aftermath #1 from Marvel, then Haha #6 and Silver Coin #4 from Image Comics .

MCU

We wrap up the week by talking about the latest MCU movie, Black Widow. Was the movie worth the wait? Or did the pandemic have a negative effect? And how well did the movie do sending off one of the original Avengers? Finally, we wrap up with episode six of Loki. What happens with the Multiverse? Will Kang or Magneto show up?
