Episode Summary

This week on The Comics Agenda, we talk about the newly-announced Assassins Creed Netflix series, the new Saved By the Bell series, and, of course, comics.

Episode Notes

News
We start the episode out with news of Netflix developing an Assassins Creed show for their streaming service. We take some guesses as to what we might see and talk about what we want to see.

We discuss the download stats of Borat and come up with some other movie lines that could be used by countries as part of a tourism campaign.

Then we finish up the news section with discussing the trailer for the new Saved By the Bell show coming to the Peacock network.

Raisins? In the Macaroni?
Michael brings us the story of Drake’s recent birthday party in which the internet was flabbergasted a menu item that included macaroni and cheese … with raisins in it. We discuss what weird food choices we have made in our life.

Comics
We catch up with some comics from the last few weeks in addition to new books that came out this week.

We start with two Marvel books with the second issue of both Iron Man and Juggernaut. After that, we head back to Stillwater to find out what the judge decides and a little bit more about the city that serves as the backdrop of our story.

Next, we look at some new books out this week, like Giga #1 from Vault comics. Then we keep up with the X of Swords series with Stasis #1. Finally, we wrap up by traveling to the future with the TMNT Last Ronin story.

Comics Agenda is hosted by Michael (Twitter@mokepf7) and Greg (Twitter@Comicsportsgeek). We discuss new comicbook releases each week, in addition to news, movies, and TV.
