It’s quite possibly our most epic show to date, but that could be due to this week’s topic, which is the Lord of the Rings. We’re joined once again by LOTR geek lady, Zoë Gulliksen to talk about Peter Jackson’s trilogy as well as the books. Fair warning: The Hobbit is a subject for another time and as we could talk for LOTR for 10+ hours as is, that’ll come later.

We also give recommendations for some of our favourite things right now and they include: Alex + Ada, Nailbiter, Orange is the New Black, Game of Thrones, Storium, Say I Love You, TCAF, Constantine and Gotham trailers.

If you want to do your geek homework for our next show on May 26, we’ll be joined by Rat Queens writer extraordinaire Kurtis Wiebe and we’ll be talking all about Muppets! EVERYTHING Muppets… including (but not limited to) The Muppets (duh), Fraggle Rock, The Dark Crystal and more.

Please make sure you’re subscribing to our new feeds as we’re not just a part of the Talking Comics feed and iTunes subscription anymore. Your support means a lot to us and we can’t wait to see all of you wonderful people on our subscribers feed.
