The Iron Giant will FINALLY be on glorious, beautiful Blu-ray in the fall on September 9, 2016. There will be two versions of the Blu-ray released: the Signature Edition and the Ultimate Collector’s Edition which will both contain the Theatrical Version of the film as well as the Signature Edition (I’m not just repeating myself, that’s ALSO what the cut of the film is called).

The movie is an absolute masterpiece from the man who brought us The Incredibles and to say that it’s been a long wait for it to come to Blu-ray is a MASSIVE UNDERSTATEMENT.

While I’ve got no more room in my apartment for a big collector’s edition of anything, I’m super tempted to pick up the set for The Iron Giant. Take a look at it below and the special features announced below that:
