May the Fourth is here once again. Despite it being a somewhat ridiculous pun, there are some great Star Wars Day related events happening around the world! Since I live in Toronto, here are the Toronto events!

Star Wars Trivia
If you think you know your way around that galaxy that’s far, far away, try your hand at some Star Wars trivia at Scallywags sports bar. The bar is near Yonge and St. Clair and you can play for a chance to win prizes! Join as a team of five or, if you’re feeling lucky, an individual. Costumes optional but encouraged.

Star Wars Day at the Hard Rock Cafe
Everyone’s favourite tourist trap at Yonge Dundas Square is having a Star Wars themed day, with themed food and drink specials, a costume contest, groups photos, trivia, and more.

May the 4th Be With You Party
The West End’s Junction has recently seen the opening of a sci-fi themed gaming cafe: See Scape. The wicked, awesome cafe will be serving up Star Wars themed drinking, running a trivia contest, and screening episodes four, five, and six! And costumes are definitely encouraged!

Whose Force is it Anyway?
Looking for a Star Wars themed laugh? Head to The Comedy Bar on Bloor for the ultimate Star Wars improve show “Whose Force is it Anyway?” It’s going to be a retelling of the original Star Wars: A New Hope, using short form improv games. Tickets will set you back $15 but it’s probably the most original event happening this year.

I read, I write, I play videogames, Ghostbusters is my favourite thing in the known universe, but quasars come in at a close second. I've been known to cry at the drop of a hat over happy and sad things alike. I've also been known to fly into a rage if things don't go my way, leading to many a fight in high school and breaking someone's nose on the TTC one time. I'm an anxious introvert but also a loud-mouthed bad influence. Especially on my cat. He learned it from watching me, okay!
