Batman #38 is the opposite of the two-part double date arc that just finished, and this shift to a dark, gritty murder showcases Tom King’s brilliance.
Batman #36 does a fantastic job reminding us about the human side of both Batman and Superman. King continues to show his skill at making Batman relatable.
