Crowded #1 is a stellar first issue. It introduces the characters, presents the conflict, and ends with a cliffhanger. Can’t wait for more!
Connect is a sci-fi novel that is showing that game worlds can be literary, too. It’s a slow-burn, but in the best way possible.
Agents Rice and McIntyre are fast on the trail of hostile aliens in Port of Earth #8, the conclusion to the second arc of this series.
If Shade had to end, Shade the Changing Woman #6 is exactly how I wanted it to. This gorgeous, philosophical, coming-of-age sci-fi tale is a must read.
In Skyward #4, we find Willa back at her father’s house having escaped Roger Barrow, only to find the house in disarray. Read this comic!
if you’re someone looking for a lyrical dream-like narrative with a solid depth, then I highly recommend picking up a copy of Euthanauts #1.
Although the writing here is lacking a bit, the art and general plot of The X-Files Case Files: Hoot Goes There #1 makes it a fun summer read.
