Toy Unboxing: Num Nom Lights

A few weeks ago I did an unboxing post on the new toy craze Num Noms and I found them to be aesthetically pleasing to the point I have bought a few more to open for you all to see! There are 3 different series of Num Noms out and along with their third series, they’ve bought out Num Nom Lights! With Num Nom Lights you have your usual Num, but your Nom will light up! I thought I would buy one or two of the Num Nom Lights to see what they were all about!

What Are Num Noms?
The official description is that “Nums are the outer, soft, squishy, hollow characters that nest on top of Noms. Noms are the inner, hard-shelled characters that are either motorized to scoot around, or filled with flavored lip gloss.” Their world looks like it could take place within your kitchen cabinets or pantry – a place where food  is up for fun, and “a recipe for mischief.” Each Num and Nom is named  and has a specific profile. Kids can craft their own “recipes” by mixing and matching their Num Noms.

With Num Noms Lights you have three categories on Nums (which is pretty small in comparison to the 10 categories of Num you get with Series 3). You have Snow Cone Nums, Gummy Nums (which have a glitter surface) and Freezi Pop Nums. All Nums have a special edition Num in each category with Snow Cone Nums having four.

CHERIE GUMMY
I’m happy with my little Num!! She smells lovely and her little pink bow is adorable! She comes under the category of Gummy Nums and therefore she has a glitter surface! She is in the same category as Pina Gummy, Sparkle Berry Gummy, CC Sugar Gummy, Orange Sugar Gummy, Juicy Gummy, Madelyn Mango, Glitter Berry, Raz Sugar, Sparkle Blueberry, Bubble Gummy, and the special edition Num Grape Gummy.

And the Light-up Nom I got waaas….

BLUEBERRY LIGHT-UP
Unlike the Num, our Blueberry Nom doesn’t smell of blueberries which is a shame, but she is a vibrant colour and lights up white and pink! Both colours compliment each other nicely! There are 10 Noms to collect all together and I love my first! I cannot wait to open more!
