Channel Zero: Butcher’s Block has been good from the jump, but “The Red Door” elevates it (yet again) to essential horror viewing.
There is still so much to learn about Kovacs, the Envoy, but add this Ryker character, and that’s reason enough to select Altered Carbon’s next episode.
The ‘gang’ of Kovacs, Vernon, Poe, and Ortega is taking shape as “In A Lonely Place” advances, albeit a little slowly, Altered Cardon’s whodunit plot.
Buoyed by dreadfully good scripts, stylishly methodical direction, and powerfully performances. Channel Zero: Butcher’s Block continues to outdo itself.

Star Trek: Discovery needed to carve its own path for today’s audience and today’s society, and that was never going to be seamless or pleasant.
“Kill All Others” comes with great production value, great acting and solid writing make this one of the better adaptations of the anthology.
Counterpart continues to be a delight, and if you haven’t started watching it yet, it’s still early enough to catch up.
