Episode Notes
News
We start the week by discussing a new hire at DC comics. Can new Senior Vice President Anne Leung DePies help right the ship? Then, we get into the hot topic of a Tennessee school board banning Maus before moving on to breaking down a new world record set in Marvel movies. We wrap up the news coming up with ideas of pop-culture sculptures we would build if money and time were not an issue.
Pop Culture
We wish a happy birthday to Big Time Bex, Becky Lynch, discuss the tragic passing of Brandon Lee, and the plane crash that took the lives of Buddy Holly, Richie Valens, and The Big Bopper.
Lightning Round
This week, Jonathan comes to us with a couple of Sundance movies and a book he has been trying to get to for a while. Greg looks at a new DC series and the return of Saga. Then Michael wraps up the segment with a Shakespeare-themed entry.

The Book of Boba Fett checks in with its best episode yet, even if the title character is nowhere to be seen. And of course, we have opinions about it. Then it is on to comics as we revisit Newburn with the third issue. Then it is off to a futuristic Africa in New Masters #1. We finish up over in the Marvel Universe with X-cellent #1 and the face-removing first issue of Sabertooth #1.
