It’s our second show for October and our third show in a row and we’re so happy to be here. There are just too many topics to cover and not enough shows to do them all in so here we are… bombarding you with geek lady chitter chatter.

This week’s topic is all about Kelly Sue DeConnick’s already iconic run on Captain Marvel. Mara leads the charge with the show this week along with Melissa, Courtney and Nikki.

In the first half of the show, the gals sound off on their favourite things in the form of the Recommendations segment. Recommendations include: Shadows of Mordor video game, Skeleton Twins, Dead Boy Detectives from Vertigo, Rat Queens #8 from Image Comics, Super Smash Bros. on 3DS and David Fincher’s Gone Girl.
