Sailor Moon
Sailor Moon  is a Japanese shojo manga series written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi. The series follows the adventures of a young schoolgirl named Usagi Tsukino as she transforms into the titular character to search for a magical artifact called the “Legendary Silver Crystal”. During her journey, she leads a diverse group of comrades, the Sailor Soldiers as they battle against villains to prevent the theft of the Silver Crystal and the destruction of the Solar System.

The manga quickly turned into an anime and became a major hit! It was also one of the first animated series to feature female leads, as well as one of the first to have an LGBT relationship between two of its characters, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus.

The Pops
There are 6 pops to collect altogether all of which are the main characters. You can collect Sailor Moon and Luna, Tuxedo Mask, Sailor Venus and Artemis, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Jupiter, and Sailor Mars. No other characters have been announced but hopefully in the future they will release Black Lady (crossing fingers and toes).

Tuxedo Mask
Tuxedo Mask fights alongside and protects Sailor Moon and the other Sailor Senshi and is the alternate identity of Mamoru Chiba. He disguises himself in order to support the series’ central heroines, the Sailor Soldiers. Wearing a mask to conceal his identity, he interferes with enemy operations, offers the Sailor Soldiers advice, and sometimes physically aids them in battle.

The Funko is great and stands well which is always a plus. He’s holding a rose in his right hand which is a nice added touch. The paintwork on his left hand side is slightly dodgy, it;s smeared quite a bit however I could only see it after a close inspection.

You can buy the Sailor Moon Funko Pops here!
