Succession is a solid B or B+ season of television, consistently funny and entertaining to watch and a great showcase for a number of talented actors.
If you’re an Arrested Development fan, then you won’t be disappointed.
The Tale is an intense and deeply personal story, told so well and so honestly — or, as honestly as anyone can retell any story — that it’s a must-watch.
Fahrenheit 451 leaves you underwhelmed thinking of time better spent watching good Jordan or Shannon films, or the underrated 1966 adaptation of the novel.
While it’s not the most original film in the world, Obey gets by on some great performances, great moments and a great sense of place.
Schwartzman and her crew do a great job of focusing on the important parts of the Steubenville case in an engaging way without being exploitative. Roll Red Roll is a film that will stick with you for a while, which always makes for an easy recommendation.
If the idea of John Carpenter’s The Thing crossed with Master and Commander is intriguing to you then you owe it to yourself to give The Terror a chance.
Paul Thomas Anderson has never put out a bad film and Daniel Day-Lewis has never delivered a bad performance. Phantom Thread is no exception.
