Star Trek: Discovery’s enjoyable characters, unanswered questions, and great set-up leaves us a new show with potential to be something great.
Kingsman: The Golden Circle is a fun follow-up with some great new characters, awesome weapons and the best use of a Prince song since Purple Rain.
Batman: The Animated Series was a game-changer in a lot of ways. There was no irony or camp to be found, just solid, intelligent storytelling.
No one, literally no one asked for a Joker movie (trust me, I’ve asked). As popular as the character is, many fans agree his backstory is better left untold.
Pushing Daisies, the “forensic fairy tale”, would be celebrating its tenth anniversary this year were it not for its untimely demise.
DuckTales premiered last week with an hour-long episode that set the tone for the series and gave us a glimpse into the type of stories we’ll be seeing.
In an age where grim and gritty, overly-complicated reboots are commonplace, the new DuckTales keeps the spirit of the original series intact.
This month marks the 20th anniversary of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. However, the character has existed for 25 since the critically-panned 1992 film.
