Tamen De Gushi Chapter 135 Recap

Even though the basketball arc is behind us now we still haven’t seen the last of the last of the South High basketball team in this cute yuri manhua! Tamen De Gushi is a funny romantic story of how Qiu Tong and Sun Jing met and fell in love. In the last chapter, Upperclassman was going to treat Sun Jing and the gang to a meal at his favourite eatery. Upon entering that eatery they cross paths with the South High basketball team yet again and end up sharing one long table together. So what has happened since? Let’s find out!

Plot
Sun Jing is still deciding what to have to eat . She’s finding it difficult to choose and seeks help from Qiu Tong who says they’ll share the food. Qi Fang and the shaven haired basketball player notice that everyone around them is coupling up and that they are the only two left without a partner….

Opinion
Dare I say I’m missing actual plot and story. This filler didn’t really do much for me. I wanted something new, maybe focusing on the other characters in the story. There are so many characters we haven’t touched upon yet and I’m dying to know their story. My favourite part has to be Upperclassmen’s only panel. Look at him, blushing while looking at that menu! He’s adorable and very relatable. Sun Jing and Qiu Tong are practically a couple now. Look how close they’ve become and look how much Qiu Tong has relaxed in Sun Jing’s presence. I don’t think it’ll be long until we see them kiss for the first time.

I hope Qin Xiong comes back soon. I said this in my last post and will continue to do so until he returns to these panels. Upperclassmen deserves his happy ending too!
