19 Days is back, and after the last chapter, I’m craving some action! In last weeks chapter, we saw He Tian sticking his gross fingers in Guanshan’s food and was given an ultimatum. What will we have in this chapter? Let’s find out…
Plot
Jian Yi and Zhang are still out shopping, and they’re waiting for Zhang’s sister. Jian Yi sees Zhang in a new sparkling light, and he gets slightly jealous…
Opinion
This was such a cute chapter, and everyone was tolerable in it!! Jian Yi was an absolute cinnamon roll, and he has been a delight in the last two chapters. He was getting a bit too annoying for me. Now, he’s calmed down, and he’s actually being really sweet! Even the sister is really cute in this chapter, and I honestly cannot stand her! She’s too much, and the love she has for the brother is borderline creepy.
The last three panels melted my stone cold icy heart! Jian Yi looks so content and happy. I love that Zhang is trying to keep both parties warm, I think it’s very adorable. I also love the fact he didn’t lift a finger and didn’t get violent at all with Jian Yi which is what we’ve seen in the past, and I know a lot of fans were not happy about it. We’re all getting really bored with the kicks and the punches. The reaction to this calm down version of Zhang has been received so well that Old xian will probably keep it this way.
We still haven’t had any major Zhang storyline, and I really want one soon! Or even a brief glimpse of his past. I want to know more about Zhang because at the moment all we know is that he has a father, a mother and a sister and he thinks the world of Jian Yi and that’s it. His character is slightly one dimensional, and I hope Old Xian expands on him soon.
Next Chapter: I think we’re going to have a school day chapter!! I slightly hope for a school day chapter as we haven’t had one in such a long time. I could also go for some angst!!
